Jaguars Beat Broncos 34-20! Lawrence Scores 4!

Jaguars Crush Broncos in Week 16!

Jaguars End Broncos' 11-Game Win Streak

The Jacksonville Jaguars made a statement, beating the Denver Broncos 34-20 on Sunday, December 21, 2025. They played at Denver's home field. This big road win means the Jaguars have won their last 6 games. It also stopped Denver's 11-game winning streak.

Now the Jaguars are 11-4, still leading the AFC South. The Broncos are now 12-3, and their chance at playoffs is getting tougher in the AFC West.

Lawrence Has a Great Game

Trevor Lawrence really showed why he's becoming one of the best players in the league. He scored 4 touchdowns - 3 by throwing and 1 by running. He played really well, helping Jacksonville win against a really good defense.

Parker Washington had a great game. He caught 6 passes for 145 yards and scored a touchdown. His 63-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter helped the Jaguars take over the game. Travis Etienne Jr. also helped by scoring a touchdown in the third quarter, making the Jaguars' lead bigger.

 Close First Half

The game started with good defense from both sides, but then the offense got going. Jacksonville scored first with a 12-yard touchdown pass from Lawrence to Washington. Denver came back with a 15-yard touchdown from Bo Nix to Courtland Sutton, tying the game 7-7.

The Broncos took the lead, 10-7, after Will Lutz made a 54-yard field goal. But Jacksonville scored again when Adam Strange caught a 3-yard touchdown pass, making it 14-10 for the Jaguars. Cam Little kicked a 47-yard field goal right before halftime, so Jacksonville led 17-10.

 Jaguars' Defense Causes Problems

Jacksonville's defense really helped them win. They forced Denver to turn the ball over twice. Emmanuel Ogbah recovered a fumble in the third quarter, and Jarrian Jones caught an interception in the fourth. Because of these turnovers, the Jaguars are still the best in the league with 28 total turnovers this season.

B.J. Green II got Jacksonville's only sack, but the defensive line was putting pressure on Bo Nix all game. Nix completed 28 of 47 passes for 363 yards, but only threw one touchdown and one interception.

 Third Quarter Seals the Deal

The third quarter was the most important for Jacksonville. Lawrence threw a touchdown pass to Etienne, and then ran for a 1-yard touchdown himself. This gave the Jaguars a big 31-17 lead before the last quarter. Denver couldn't come back because Jacksonville's defense played really well.

The Jaguars played well when it mattered most. Coach Liam Coen's team has now won six games in a row, which is the second-longest winning streak in the team's history.

 What This Means for Playoffs

This win is really big for the AFC playoff picture. Jacksonville is now just one game behind Denver for the top spot in the conference. The Jaguars are also still one game ahead of the Houston Texans in the AFC South.

For Denver, this loss says they need to play well all the time to win in the playoffs. Even though they are 12-3, the Broncos need to get ready for the last few weeks of the season.

The Jaguars have been playing really well lately, and now they look like a real Super Bowl team. Lawrence is playing great, and the defense is getting turnovers. Jacksonville might go far in the playoffs.
